Recruiter sources and recruits qualified applicants for Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, graduate nurse positions, and other positions as assigned. Maintains ongoing communication with Department Leadership to ensure accuracy of open positions and alignment with Contract Labor and Overtime initiatives. Provides a high level of customer service to clients and candidates. Works with hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates. </p></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><p style="margin-left:0px"/></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><p style="margin-left:0px">This role will report to the Trusted Resource Associates Recruiting Manager </p></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Recruiters will source, qualify and evaluate candidates interested in per diem/travel work in accordance with established guidelines </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Sources candidates via recruiting websites, approved social media, employee referrals, on-site sources to develop pipeline and heads in-house recruitment efforts </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Plans and develops recruitment methodologies, using the latest in techniques and media </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Networks and develops relationships to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated openings to ensure appropriate staffing with timely turnaround </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure content attracts qualified applicants </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Monitors and provides list of vacant positions and applicant status to Leadership weekly </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Manages pipeline of prospective TRA network employees </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Conduct a qualifying conversation with the candidate to determine if they meet Tenet Health’s current or future hiring needs. At a minimum, the following information should be reviewed: Experience including certifications/specialties, States in which they hold current licenses, Interest in Travel and/or Per Diem assignments. </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Primary sources all licensed and certified positions </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Send an application link and appropriate assessments and checklists to qualified candidates. </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Ongoing follow up of completion of application, appropriate tests and skills checklists </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Initiate candidate onboarding tasks and notifies onboarding team and complete final hiring documents in Red Carpet </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Maintains applicant selection and pre-employment/post-offer screening processes and procedures </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Closes job requisition in compliance with departmental policy, informing unsuccessful candidates of their status </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Collaboration with operations team to provide synergy and support needed for Tenet markets </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Understands market conditions and apply appropriate talk tracks with candidates </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Ensures compliance with corporate policies </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Ensures employees data bases are up to date including data changes, personnel information and status changes. </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Ensures compliance with Fair Labor Standards in administration of all compensation practices </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Prepares various reports as requested </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Anticipate and provide resolution to issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Meet and exceed monthly hiring goals </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px">Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information </p></li></ul></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px"><ul><li><p style="margin-left:0px"/></li></ul></div><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>Required: 2 years of recruitment, HR or sales</p><p/><p/><p>
