As a physician-owned OB/GYN practice with 12 female providers, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.</p><p>We proudly serve patients at our locations in:</p><ul><li>Overland Park / Leawood - on the campus of Menorah Medical Center</li><li>Lee's Summit - on the campus of Saint Luke's East Hospital</li></ul><hr/><h2>Position Details</h2><p><strong>Full-Time | Monday–Friday</strong><br/><strong>Excellent Benefits Package</strong><br/><strong>Starting Wage: $17.50–$20.00/hour</strong><br/><em>Pay based on experience and qualifications</em></p><hr/><h2>What You'll Do</h2><h3>Patient Care & Support</h3><ul><li>Welcome patients in person and by telephone with professionalism and compassion</li><li>Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits and procedures</li><li>Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and verify visit information</li><li>Assist providers during exams and minor office procedures</li></ul><h3>Clinical Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and process laboratory specimens</li><li>Administer medications as directed</li><li>Process prescription refill requests per provider instructions</li><li>Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards</li><li>Accurately document information within the electronic medical record system</li></ul><h3>Office & Team Support</h3><ul><li>Maintain exam room and medical supply inventory</li><li>Help create a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment</li><li>Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA guidelines</li><li>Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team culture</li></ul><hr/><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred</li><li>OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply</li></ul><hr/><h2>Why Join Rockhill Women's Care?</h2><ul><li>Established, respected physician-owned practice</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in women's healthcare</li><li>Stable Monday–Friday schedule</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li></ul><p>We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about patient care and teamwork.
