Routine building maintenance and mechanical works including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior painting, masonry, drywall repair, small appliance and minor equipment repair, troubleshooting. Perform other duties as set by the company or Executive Director; completing all assigned duties which may change from time to time according to the resident needs, staffing levels, and working conditions.
