Working collaboratively with the Storeroom Manager, Inventory Control Specialist, Nursing Leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders, this role helps optimize inventory processes, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure appropriate product availability across all patient care areas. The Lead Storeroom Technician acts as a subject matter expert and resource for staff, providing training, mentorship, and guidance on departmental procedures and inventory management systems, including oversight of the WaveMark two-bin inventory system.
