YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DIRECTOR OF PHYSICIAN AND APP SUBSPECIALTY SERVICESAs the Director of Physician and APP Subspecialty Services, you will lead the design, implementation, and expansion of consultative specialty services across multiple states while serving as the connection between clinical leadership, operational execution, and provider success. You will collaborate with physician specialists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, executive leadership, facility administrators, directors of nursing, and facility care teams to develop clinical protocols, establish best practices, and support the successful delivery of specialty services.
