Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal operations • Monitor loads, schedules, pickups and deliveries • Handle changes, delays and last-minute operational issues • Keep accurate records and update transportation systems • Assist with routing, scheduling and driver coordination • Help ensure loads are moving efficiently and on time • Support the Operations Manager with daily transportation needs • Identify problems before they become bigger problems • Provide general administrative and operational support.
