Reporting to the Project Manager or Supervisor, the Laborer is responsible for performing work-related opportunities that allow people who have different abilities to work with integrated teams and receive work support and development as needed—achieving the highest level of independence possible. Frequently standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting while mowing, trimming, blowing, raking, pruning, planting, and performing other related grounds maintenance duties.
