ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist regular full-time City employees with grounds maintenance work which includes mowing of City property, weeding, line trimming, planting flowers, litter/debris pick-up, painting, event set-up/take-down, tree/bush trimming, cleaning bathrooms, watering plants/trees, cemetery care, along with the operation of applicable equipment including hand tools, chippers, tractors, bark blower, auger, rotary tiller, sod cutter, and hedge trimmer. Possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to complete daily paperwork and work well with others from different cultures and backgrounds.
