Working closely with servers, food runners, and the management team, the Server Assistant ensures that the dining room is organized, tables are properly maintained, and every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. Server Assistants who demonstrate strong performance, menu knowledge, service skills, and dedication may have opportunities to advance into Food Runner, Junior Server, Server, or other Front of House positions.
