Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, this position performs custodial and routine facility maintenance duties, coordinates with maintenance contractors and service providers, maintains a comprehensive log of maintenance requests and completed work, and serves as the primary liaison with Fairfax County's Facilities Management Division to ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and the overall upkeep of the facility. Provide custodial support during staffing shortages, emergency situations, severe weather events, or other operational needs by cleaning resident areas, offices, common spaces, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility to ensure continuity of operations.
