Maintaining a clean department by performing the following tasks: Clean cold cut and cheese display case, wash dishes used to prepare Deli/Bakery items, organize and clean display shelves when needed, mop floors daily, clean department equipment such as slicers, scale, stove, mixer, etc (this list is not all inclusive). Responsible for phone orders, custom orders, serving customers, cleaning machinery and department and stocking when the inventory requires.
