Properly and safely operate various types of tools & equipment including but not limited to: pickup truck with plow, UTV, street sweepers, push lawn mowers, RC mower and controller, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, shovels, rakes, brooms, tablet, cell phone, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintenance of all of downtown campus grounds, including Smart Streets, East Race, East Bank Trail, Seitz Park, LINC Trail, Four Winds Field, Leighton Plaza, Jon Hunt Plaza, and Michigan Street Plaza between Wayne and Colfax streets.
