Responsibilities include preparing food, washing dishes, knowing proper handling of food and kitchen policies, and other required and necessary duties to keep the operation running smoothly. May be to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms.
