As the Manager, Site Technical Operations, you: own the performance, delivery, and development of a team of Senior Operations Program Managers and Senior Site Technical Managers across factory readiness, process development, and sustained operations; define team goals and strategy by working backwards from customer problems and business needs, including capacity planning, cost targets, yield goals, and on-time delivery commitments; set program priorities with the team. On any given day, you may be defining the manufacturing strategy for a new program launch with your OPM, reviewing process qualification data with your STM, presenting schedule risks in an executive review, coaching a direct report on career development, or negotiating resource priorities with partner teams.
