Work may include fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations, conduit and manhole construction, trenching, plowing, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), micro-trenching, vacuum excavation, cable pulling and blowing, aerial construction, pole work, and drop installation, depending on project requirements and terrain. Additional details: Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with California labor laws, at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a workweek.
