Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience managing, leading, and training teams or individuals Experience administrating schedule, communication, and organization systems Ability in one or more outdoor technical skill sets, ie: rock climbing, whitewater, challenge course, backpacking, etc.
