Set up the service area, ice bins, butter, jam, jelly, honey, cup and saucers, coffee pots, tea pots, water glasses, toaster, plates, creamers. Keep the service area clean at all times (includes mopping) and ensure that the area is stocked in accordance with the par checklist.
