Clients include companies from the largest global conglomerates to small, high growth, direct to consumer companies and leading financial sponsors, which enables team members to work on a wide variety of transactions (buysides, sellsides, structured transactions, equity raises, debt financing, restructuring, etc.). As part of the team, the Associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic advisory assignments including: sellside and buyside M&A engagements; activism and raid defense; divestitures and spin-off engagements; equity and equity-linked capital-raising; special committee engagements; debt and restructuring advisory and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.
