Assume a leadership role in the development, implementation and refinement of day center systems and coordination of schedules which involves rigorous communication and collaboration with all departments, including transportation, the clinic, and rehabilitation therapy, recreation therapy, dining services, home care, social work, maintenance and environmental services. Improves patient access by participating with the PACE Director and site leadership in the analysis of clinical systems and in the development, implementation and on-going evaluation of clinic flow process; this includes actively participating in corporate and site-specific performance improvement activities.
