Engage and motivate Members and provide onsite leadership for problem, improved working relationships, and high Member morale through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and root cause analysis in accordance with Company policies, procedures and philosophy. Responsibilities include insuring adequate materials on hand when needed, minimizing the inventory investment, operating efficiently through lean practices and ensuring that Hearth & Home Technologies meets or exceeds customer expectations with every product delivered.
