Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution center, manufacturing, or supply chain environment Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar role with responsibility for directing workflow, coordinating team activities, and influencing operational performance Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate Team Members even without requiring formal supervisory authority Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, RF scanners, or inventory tracking software Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties as required. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders according to established procedures Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and organized within the warehouse Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners, where certified.
