The role provides leadership and direction to Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing Operators, ensuring manufacturing objectives are achieved through effective planning, workforce development, performance management, and continuous improvement. Maintain accountability for department performance including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, productivity, first pass yield, scrap and rework reduction, cycle time reduction, manufacturing throughput, employee training and development metrics, and safety performance.
