Demonstrated capability in evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting content Experience with one or more of the following: Industrial Cleaning (Hydroblasting & Vacuuming), Bolting & Torquing, Rigging, Cranes, Mobile & Heavy Equipment Operation, Catalyst changeout, CPR/First Aid/AED, Rescue OR other technical expertise relevant to the Stronghold Companies, GEM Specialized Services, and/or Evergreen Industrial Services Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, or midstream operations, data centers, or related industrial sectors. Presentation and communication skills Familiarity with regulations and regulating bodies (OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, ASME, etc.) Experience with learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS platforms, digital content creation, blended learning methods) is highly beneficial.
