This position performs set up and service activities within banquet/catering departments with primary responsibility for providing professional, prompt, and consistent food and beverage service; completing set up and break down of trays, tables, counters, buffets, dining tables; checking regularly for guests' needs; and answering any questions or concerns. Completes event clean up, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, moving tables, rearranging chairs, removing soiled linen, and returning unused wine and liquor to the supervisor/manager.
