Flour’s dishwashers are responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and all dishes, pots, pans, equipment, and food service wares, including but not limited to: plates, utensils, food containers, sheet pans, ovens, coffee equipment, and trash barrels. Dishwashers ensure all areas of the dish are kept as clean and dry as possible, are maintained with proper cleaning chemicals at all times, and are logged to ensure safe sanitation of our equipment.
