This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners across Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Intellectual Property, Technical Operations and other functions to assess opportunities, develop business cases, lead due diligence, formulate transaction strategies, and drive transactions through execution. The successful candidate will combine strong strategic and financial acumen with deep biopharmaceutical industry knowledge, exceptional transaction execution skills, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
