We are currently in search of a Teacher with a Florida Educator Certificate in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or K 2 to begin at the start of the new academic year. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized instruction for children with diverse learning needs, promoting growth across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains. Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with each student s IEP/IFSP goals. </li><li> Provide differentiated instruction based on students unique learning styles, developmental levels, and needs. </li><li> Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes independence and creativity. </li><li> Implement positive behavior supports and classroom management strategies. </li><li> Plan and deliver curriculum activities that support early childhood development across all domains. </li><li> Administer assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress and developmental milestones. </li><li> Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. </li><li> Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development. </li><li> Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet evolving student needs and best practices. </li><li> Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li> Bachelor s degree from an accredited university required. </li><li> Active Florida Educator Certificate in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or K 2 required. </li><li> Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) or early childhood setting preferred. </li><li> Strong understanding of early childhood development, inclusion practices, and special education services. </li><li> Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. </li><li> Valid driver s license and reliable transportation. </li><li> Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including engaging actively with young children throughout the day. </li><li> Must pass background check and drug screening. </li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li> School-based early childhood classroom setting. </li><li> Hands-on, active role requiring engagement both in the classroom and outdoor/play environments. </li><li> Collaborative team environment focused on student-centered outcomes. </li></ul>Why Work with Birch Agency? The Assistant Cutter is also responsible for ensuring a safe and constant flow of accurately jogged and measured paper sheets from jogging stations to the cutting section.Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur other times.Salary Range: $15.50 To 16.50 HourlyCompensation commensurate with experience.At time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. Thank you for understanding.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Work in collaboration with main Cutter Operator for provided instructions which will indicate specifications of form/batch cuts</li><li>Identify quantity of form and type of stock to secure correct boxes for packing of product</li><li>Off-load product from cutter tables and ensure order sticker label is eligible and visible for delivery</li><li>Conduct initial inspection of products to ensure quality control</li><li>To ensure compliance of orders, track inventory by physically counting product orders by order number</li><li>Accurately and safely box completed jobs and notify quality control teammate/supervisor when completed boxes are ready for inspection</li><li>Ensure materials on hand are organized and replenished</li><li>To include boxes (to be made and kept on hand at inventory standard), tape guns, filling, chipboard dividers, markers, others as needed</li><li>Place boxes in appropriate and safe floor locations under/near packing table</li><li>Maintain bins, when full relocate to back lot for recycling and replace with empty bin</li><li>Ensure set up is complete for shift change</li><li>Report all injuries, illnesses, and near misses to management immediately</li><li>Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as set forth by 4over</li><li>Complete and maintain required records and paperwork, as needed</li><li>Perform regular housekeeping duties in assigned and surrounding areas</li><li>Attend all department/company meetings, as needed</li><li>Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required</li><li>Perform other assigned duties</li></ul>For an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalency</li><li>Six months - one year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines in a manufacturing environment</li></ul>CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills when faced with unexpected challenges, such as machine malfunctions, material shortages, or errors in print quality. Ability to adapt to new printing technologies or changes in production schedules, ensuring smooth operations despite changes.</li><li>Time Management & Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Organizing workflows, preparing materials in advance, and optimizing print runs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Precision in monitoring print jobs to ensure all details, such as color accuracy, image sharpness, and print placement, meet the required standards.
