The role leads capital allocation and portfolio strategy efforts, including capital prioritization, capital request governance, reserves acquisition, conversion of existing reserves into mineable reserves, investments, divestments, and portfolio rebalancing, ensuring decisions are aligned with enterprise strategy, company policies, and long-term value creation. The role supports the business performance framework, including the development of budget targets, key performance indicators, and site-level metrics such as ROIC, EBITDA, and cost per ton, to ensure alignment, accountability, and disciplined execution across regions and functions.
