POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for hands-on Quality Assurance — regression, automated, and feature testing ahead of releases — with day-to-day Platform Operations, including course setup, catalog and design configuration, and troubleshooting across systems; works closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure releases are reliable, and that platform data and configuration stay accurate and consistent. Our JD-Next Program, which includes an online course and high-stakes law school admissions test delivered multiple times per year, is designed to support aspiring law students through high-quality test preparation and academic resources.
