Organizational Capability Building: Foster a high-performance culture by establishing and training a network of Power Users, participating in global communities of practice, and sharing best practices to advance digital literacy across the North America Hill's Supply Chain. The SE will partner with business and IT leaders to implement system projects under the IT Grid and other system initiatives, provide end-user support to ensure efficient business execution, enhance end-users’ system knowledge, develop Subject Matter Experts, and improve system utilization.
