Responsibilities include, but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; resolving problems; establishing accountability; and ensuring consistent execution of warehouse, technology fulfillment, inventory, customer service, and safety expectations across both assigned store locations. Monitors and forecasts inventory levels for sales stock, rental fleet, parts, technology systems, attachments, and related components; ensures timely replenishment, reconciliation, surplus returns, and cycle count accuracy.
