<h2>Production Support Electrical Engineer </h2> We are seeking a Production Support Electrical Engineer for the first shift, Monday – Friday from 7am to 4pm. This position will support production to resolve issues and keep the hardware builds moving forward. The ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way. This is an onsite position at Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions Change documentation preparation and presentation</li><li>Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards</li><li>Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools </li><li>Evaluate defects and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures </li><li>Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments</li></ul> Qualifications You Must Have: Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables)<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years prior relevant experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems </li><li>Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc.</li><li>Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills 	Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)</li><li>Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware </li><li>Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices </li><li>Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains </li><li> Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies </li><li>Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight</li></ul> U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
