p>Position Responsibilities:Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned within personnel security processing and across Enterprise Classified Security (ECS)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating status to leadershipAssist with administrative inquiries on SAP personnel, processes and situationsAssist SAP personnel with mitigating, documenting, and reporting all derogatory informationEnsure Foreign travel and foreign contacts are accurately reported/documented in all internal/external databasesExploit Prediction Squaring System (EPSS), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), & Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)Initiate the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) for nominated individuals for a SAPEnsure administrative inquiries are inputted into DISS/JADE to align external databases for accuracy and program submissionProcess, store and track reporting of foreign travel and foreign contacts on SAP briefed personnelAssess and review reported derogatory informationUnderstand reporting requirements that pertain to SAP government policy and proceduresContribute to enterprise Process Action Teams (PATs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT)Identify deficiencies, develop and implement corrective actionProcess annual Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs) and nomination Request for Access (RFA)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI1+ years of experience supporting DoD Security programs1+ years of experience in industrial security or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience working within the intelligence communityExperience reporting requirements within Department of Defense (DoD), SAP, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)Experience working in processing or supporting Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), and Special Program Access Paperwork (i.e. PAR, PSQ, SF86)Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
