Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsDismantle equipment, identify defective parts, and complete repairs or replacementsOperate shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, band saws, and welding toolsMaintain and improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance practicesOperate forklifts and hydraulic lifts as neededResearch and source parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance tasksMaintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentationAssist with inventory tracking of maintenance partsFollow all safety, health, and environmental policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assigned . Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 55 lbs; moving heavier items with equipment)Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environmentExposure to heat, humidity, moving machinery, and airborne particlesOccasional exposure to heights, outdoor conditions, and hazardous materialsRequired use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, gloves, and other equipment as needed.
