Directly reports to the Maintenance Manager for proper direction, interpretation, and evaluation. Our ideal candidate has high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality and safety standards at all times.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Understand how to operate equipment as per operation guidelines to include safety procedures and guidelines</li><li>Understand manufacturing equipment, processes, and monitoring of equipment operation</li><li>Record and maintain accurate data on documents as necessary; ensure all paperwork is complete in an accurate and timely manner; ensure documentation complies with Company standards</li><li>Keep a neat, clean, and orderly work setting by completing the cleaning tasks as assigned; We are currently looking for an experienced Automation Engineering, Sr. Technician - 2nd Shift to join our Lincoln, NE organization. 
This individual will be required to develop, design, build and test robotic platforms from prototype through product commercialization. Create an integrated autonomous interface, mobility, communication, and human-robot interaction. Works with cross-functional teams to understand opportunities for robotic applications.

Manager Specific requirements:
Programs and troubleshoots PLCs and associated control systems.
Reads and understands equipment schematics.
Designs simple electronic control systems, specifies control equipment, builds and installs control systems.
