Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. p>Performs routine manual work in cleaning, servicing, and stocking supplies in University buildings as well as routine manual work including set-up and support for University and athletic facilities special events and projects, excluding housing facilities. High school diploma or equivalent Four (4) years of experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical and avionics systems, or equivalent combination of related technical school or training and experience. Performs specialized custodial services such as floor cleaning and finishing, carpet and upholstery maintenance, cleaning building furnishings and/or procedures using specialty cleaning chemicals. Performs specialized custodial services, such as maintenance and repair of custodial equipment, floor cleaning and finishing equipment, carpet and upholstery maintenance equipment. p>Quality Assurance Supervises and monitors the care and security of juvenile and adult clients in detention or residential facilities; leads recreation, instructional or educational activities; conducts searches of clients, property and areas in facilities. Performance Management Assists in the supervision of corrections staff on an assigned shift; assigns work to subordinates; trains in proper methods; may approve sick and vacation requests; tracks staff performance; assists in evaluation of staff.
