The Coordinator designs, leads, and evaluates high impact programming and mentoring frameworks that support student access, preparation, and successful progression into health professions, including but not limited to medicine (MD/DO), nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, public health, physical and occupational therapy, optometry, podiatry, veterinary medicine, and physician assistant careers. General Summary: The Health Professions Coordinator provides strategic leadership and university wide direct support for undergraduate students across five colleges, as well as UMass Boston alumni, who are exploring or preparing for careers in health-related professions.
