Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, scanners, phones, and peripheral devicesAssist with computer setup, deployment, imaging, configuration, and replacement for new and existing team membersPerform basic troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, network connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers, and other store technologySupport Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and other commonly used business systemsInstall software updates and assist with routine system maintenance under the direction of the IT teamMaintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, devices, accessories, and technology assetsAssist with user account setup, password resets, access requests, and employee onboarding/offboarding tasks as assignedDocument technical issues, resolutions, and repeatable processes in the IT ticketing system or knowledge baseProvide professional support to team members at the Support Office and company locations, both remotely and onsite as neededAssist with technology projects including equipment rollouts, store support, new location preparation, and system upgradesFollow company IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer informationPerform other duties as assigned to support the IT department and company operations. Preferred Qualifications: Coursework toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 applications, basic networking concepts, user support, and computer repairPrevious customer service, retail, technical support, computer repair, or help desk experience is a plusInterest in growing into a broader IT support, systems administration, networking, or cybersecurity role over time.
