Impact: Mfg Machine Operator -(Winding Machine)- Primarily responsible for slitting a variety of materials into various widths and lengths to meet customer orders and for further in-house processing. Operations include slitting, rewinding, and packaging of a variety of products including PVC, Urethane, and paper/polyethylene liners, per production schedules and SOPs. Since products are shipped directly from this department to the customer, attention to quality control is especially important. Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined continuous improvement framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action. Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift. 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday- 3:30 pm - Midnight Pay: $20.19/hr to start plus $1.00 shift differential ($.75 increase in hourly rate after 6 months) Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.
