POSITION PURPOSE: Direct and train hourly employees in set-up and machine operation, 5S, lean concepts, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, quality requirements, and efficient production of high-pressure composite cylinders in a safe work environment. Supervise production employee training to ensure all employees are properly trained and signed off to proper operations of machinery and equipment, performance of manufacturing and inspection processes, safety and quality requirements of each operation.
