Job Responsibilities: o Receiving/stocking inventory to fulfill orders as they are processed to ensure that customers receive order in a short time frame and as accurate as possible. p>You'll report to the Outbound Operations Manager and work closely with fellow managers across shifts, along with leaders in Inbound and Inventory Control, to ensure smooth operations and tackle challenges together. We encourage active listening and thoughtful responses, where each individual feels valued, empowered, and confident to contribute to discussions, whether in meetings, emails, or casual conversations. Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment. The Outbound Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that all orders are picked, consolidated, packed and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. | |
