Review, draft, and revise a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and closing deliverables, leases, amendments, and related lease documentation, easements, declarations, restrictive covenants, and entity formation and governance documents. The Real Estate Paralegal is assigned to designated matters, clients, projects, and/or attorneys and applies specialized real estate knowledge to perform legal research, draft documents, execute technical procedures, and provide direct support across a range of responsibilities.
