As a member of our Infrastructure and Services Group you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by: - Developing detailed energy models and Life Cycle Cost Analysis for various building types. - Perform Level 1 thru 3 energy audits to assess energy consumption, evaluate HVAC performance, identify high-energy loads, and propose energy saving measures. - Perform site surveys, develop equipment inventories, evaluate proposed energy efficiency measures and recommend improvements. - Design mechanical systems – including HVAC, plumbing, and co-generation from basic to high complexity as necessary to meet client requirements, including: HVAC systems master planning & studies; HVAC & Plumbing systems; and mechanical systems (co-generation) for sustainability/energy efficiency/renewable energy/green buildings focused projects. - Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs). Review draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations and best practices. Pay Range Minimum: $90,605 Pay Range Maximum: $158,579 Additional Compensation: All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
