<div class="description"><h1>Job Description Summary</h1>The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. This position requires an understanding of concepts, methods and procedures. Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.<h1>Job Description</h1>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.</li><li>Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.</li><li>Works together with people from the business unit.
