Reporting to the AVP of Payments, you will provide operational leadership for Card Services, support employee development, manage vendor relationships, and help improve service quality, efficiency, compliance, risk management, and the overall member experience. Lead or support strategic card initiatives, program changes, vendor enhancements, processor performance activities, cross-functional projects, and business continuity needs.
