The Operations & Parts Manager will work directly with ownership, office staff, field technicians, customers, vendors, and suppliers to keep jobs moving efficiently, maintain proper inventory and material availability, support sales progression, and help improve overall company performance and profitability. That means helping technicians provide customers with appropriate options, ensuring estimates are followed up on, keeping jobs progressing, making sure materials are available, and identifying where improvements can increase productivity, customer satisfaction, and company revenue.
