As a Program Executive Officer, the incumbent serves as a supervisor, principal/senior technical expert, analyst, and advisor to the Chief Production Officer (SES) and Deputy Director, CPO on a wide range of atypical and rapidly changing issues related to the organization, as well as on managerial policies, theory, practices, and procedures.
