This position requires that the employee perform all essential duties as assigned which shall include the following:<ol><li>Reviews incoming mail for accounts payables.</li><li>Matches invoices with receiving reports as needed.</li><li>Does data entry on expense and trade items.</li><li>Runs reports and pulls invoices for accounts payable checks to be issued and mailed.</li><li>Puts check numbers on invoices and mails or forwards.</li><li>Files invoices.</li><li>Good organizational and computer skills.</li><li>Helps with month ending balance of the accounts.</li><li>Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.</li><li>Work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</li></ol>Benefits:<ul><li>10 paid holidays</li><li>MyTime (Paid Time Off)</li><li>Bereavement Leave</li><li>Other benefits include access to medical, dental, vision, life and disability starting after 90 days</li><li>401k</li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)</li></ul>
