This will include administrative support for the entire Business Services Department which includes but is not limited to the following: preparing correspondence, filing documents, prepare daily check register of checks received by mail, open and distribute daily mail, submit P&P revisions as needed; receive, screen, and route phone calls to appropriate places in Business Services. In addition, this position will assist the Business Services Director with entry level data within spreadsheets, type letters, memos, correspondence, assist with 2 of the Agencys funds maintained by checkbook, scan documents and basic assistance with annual reports.
