The role serves as a key operational partner to the Director, Advanced Therapies and provides leadership for operational support resources while coordinating activities across clinical, quality, finance, donor collections, and corporate support functions. The Operations Support Manager leads the operational support functions of the Advanced Therapies program, including scheduling, inventory management, processing coordination, accreditation readiness, business reporting, operational planning, and process improvement activities.
